Our therapists work on forming an individual alliances, relationships, and bonds between clients-therapists. We acknowledge that the key aspects of these relationships are collaboration and attachment.
Carl Rogers one of the founders of humanistic psychology was known for his person-centered psychotherapy. He identified the necessary conditions for a therapeutic relationship such as accurate empathy, clinician genuineness, and an unconditional positive regard for the client.
We share Roger’s humanistic approach, and our goal is to promote compassion, honesty, authenticity, insight, sensitivity, and acceptance. We strive to provide a safe space that is conducive to clients emotional and physical well-being.
